Objectives:
The university’s Training and Development Centre aspires to provide distinguished training services to the institutions and individuals with efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism and reliable confidence as follows:
Preparing and designing training plans based on thoughtful scientific foundations that meet needs of the university and public institutions.
Designing training programmes according to needs required to develop the skills and capacities of individuals in the public and private sectors and meeting society and customer’s expectations.
Presenting training and advisory proposals to the relevant authorities in compliance with the applicable regulations.
Developing training programmes continuously based on needs and views of target groups.
Enhancing concepts of partnership and cooperation with local and international training institutions in accordance with the regulated legislations.
Seeking international accreditation for training programmes within the Centre.
Elevate the efficiency of performance of trainers and staff in order to enhance the Centre’s competitiveness.
Providing an exceptional training environment.
Disseminating culture of continuous development and self-training.
