Director’s Welcome:


TDC was established under the University Council Resolution No (10) 2016, aiming to equip university employees with the skills, capabilities, and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

 

It is worth mentioning that TDC works, like other university’s centres, to meet the needs and expectations of Libyan society in the first place. We believe that the spark of change towards better performance is associated with developing performance of employees and improving their efficiency.

The Centre seeks to achieve its goals through holding diverse training courses that meet training needs of stakeholders, as in the current era due to the acceleration of technological progress, work no longer depends on previous experiences only.

We strongly believe that employees should be trained to keep pace with such rapid progress and to cement their creative experiences.

As there is no longer room for stagnating and transferring experiences as they are without developing and renewing them.

In a nutshell, the concept of training is no longer a traditional one, that is just limited to attendance workshops, holding special celebrations, and granting certificates for passing and participation. Rather it has become a continuous process of assessing and developing, an inevitable strategic choice in the field of investment human resources and a cornerstone of any institution’s success.
